D.I.Y recipes for the natural home.
Aside from managing your families health holistically with Homeopathy, the rest of your life can follow the same path! One of the most rewarding things you can do for yourself and your family is to make things from scratch. Our great grandmothers knew a thing or two about this and our modern, fast paced world has gotten a bit lost among choosing convenience over quality, store bought over homemade. Somewhere we as a culture have devalued anything created at home and place far more importance on something that is expensive or flashy. Marketing is certainly partly to blame, a shift is happening however, many people are finding their roots once again and taking great delight in creating with their own hands. Knowing what is in what you're putting on your body is an absolute must - and if you cannot assure thats safe and nourishing then my hope is for these simple recipes to replace a few key items around the home.

using essential oils
Essential oils are actually highly concerenrated plant components, rather than an actual oil. Consisting of over 100 to 300 different natural chemical compounds and are distilled from shrubs, flowers, trees, roots, seeds, bushes, fruit, rinds and resins.

Simply put they are plants & plant matter.

Using them to create your own products is so useful, almost everything is at your fingertips then. Be cautious of the quality of the brands you choose especially if your using them on your children and own body. There are a few fantastic companies out there producing fabulous quality oils. Please feel free to contact me for any help as I have used and made my own products for the whole family for years now. I have enough recipes to fill a book, which I will one day, for now however most of my creations can be found via my Instagram page.
